I always use this before I vacuum to make sure I get all of Lola’s (my husky) hair from the floors before I have friends over. My vacuum doesn’t have to work as hard to pick up the pounds of fur which leads me to believe this broom helps extend the life on my Dyson vacuum. 🙏

Works great with my long hair and saves my vacuum cleaner's lifespan

I don't know about you but I love having long hair. Unfortunately that comes with clogged drains if you don't use a hair-catcher and a gross carpet when your hair sheds. If I vacuum it up I get to spend a lot of time cutting it off the roller, so this great little carpet sweeper does that for me. I sweep or brush my carpet with it first, it collects soo much hair, I put that in the trash, and then when I vacuum it doesn't jam up my vacuum cleaner or break anything. Since my teenager daughter also loves her long hair, we both benefit from this handy carpet brush. We don't even have pets, but with it working so well for our long human hair, I can see how well it would work with a pet who sheds a lot. The handle is extendable, which means you can also shorten it and use it on furniture if needed, but I leave it long and use before vacuuming. Hangs nicely on the wall with my broom and flyswatter. :)
